Our Opinion:Whilst the Tories may have a very large majority on the Borough Council the current Committee / Panel system enables members of all political parties to openly debate issues and hold the administration to account. Our view is that a Cabinet system will close down this debate and put even more power into the hands of a small clique of councillors. Your Opinion:43%
