Full Text of Petition

To: Chief Inspector Keith Dobson Brentwood District Commander Essex Police

We, the undersigned, are pleased to see 20mph zones introduced in our road however, as with all laws, to make them effective they need to be enforced.

We call on you to turn your attention to policing and enforcing these speed limits for the safety of residents. Thanks you.
