We, the undersigned, object to the 3 storey, 12 apartment block planning application at 89-93 Park Road for the following reasons:

- the development is too close to existing properties

- it will result in a loss of green space vitally needed for this area

- we consider that this is over-development

- the private amenity space of those residents in the vicinity would be invaded
